New possibilities arising

This is a post just to highlight how proud we are with the steps one of our residents is taking in finding employment. She has worked hard looking for a job where she feels she can make a difference and has managed to get an interview. This may seem like a small step but this is a massive achievement for her. She has done so well with putting herself out there and putting the motivation into looking and setting up her CV so that it emphasizes her passions, skills and goals.

This woman has been through so much and it's amazing that she's managed to find the confidence in herself and also allow us to support her to achieve this goal.
